Masters are advised that they should not anchor or moor their vessel in a channel or recognized fairway or at any other place in such manner as to cause or to be likely to cause an obstruction or damage to any other vessel when navigating or at anchor in the channel, harbour and approaches to any port.
It is unlawful for any person to remove, change, obstruct or damage any Aid to Navigation (floating buoy or beacon) without the expressed written authorisation of the Ports Commissioner.
Mariners in violation will be liable to a fine not exceeding ten thousand dollars and or imprisonment up to one year.
