The Belize Border Management Agency (BMA) operates the Saca Chispas Water Taxi Terminal located in San Pedro Town. The terminal is now being used to facilitate cross border passenger traffic between San Pedro, Ambergris Caye, Belize, and Chetumal, Quintana Roo, Mexico.

It is located 17°55’10”N and 087°57’51”W with 6 berths for small water taxis, tour boats or marine tenders.
