Belize City, Belize – June 25th, 2021- The Belize Port Authority is pleased to announce the opening of its Placencia Office located near the Placencia Pier, next to Go Sea Tours. With this new location, the Authority will be able to expand its services to better serve the maritime public.
The Authority currently has established offices in Belize City (Main Office), San Pedro, Punta Gorda, Big Creek and now Placencia.
Services beIng offered at the Belize Port Authority’s Placencia Office include but not limited to:
- Registering and Licensing of Vessels
- Change of Vessel Ownership
- Renewal, Lateral, Upgrade, Practical and First Time Issuance of Certificate of Competency (Master’s License)
- Boarding and Clearance of Vessels
