Belize City, Belize – September 17, 2021 – The Belize Port Authority hereby informs the public that with immediate effect we will be implementing a new email for the document portal’s electronic submission of documents, which shall include all merchant and non-merchant marine ship information as well as water taxi passenger and crew documents such as:
- Notice of Arrivals
- Notice of Departures
- Clearance Certificates
- Pilotage & Boarding Reports
- Import and Export Cargo Manifests
- Crew Lists
- Nil Lists
- Tender Manifests
- Ship’s Registry (on initial visit or annually)
- International Ship Security Certificate (on initial visit or annually)
- Protection & Indemnity Certificate (on initial visit or annually)
- Continuous Synopsis Record (on initial visit or annually)
- Passenger and Crew Manifests for Water Taxi Operations
Note that the new email address is for submission is: shipdocumentation@gmail.com
